Motivation, Vision, mission and Aim
Motivation
I have always been interested in old methodologies like power of stories and oral tradition, keeping physical notes, observation and so on. I believe there will always be some mysteries hidden in our ancient studies, knowledge, and culture. If we can get ancient knowledge back to institutes than that will be a big success for us as organization.
Vision
Indigenous professor association Australia (IPAA)’s vision is to preserve knowledge and history of indigenous community.
Aim
Indigenous professor association Australia (IPAA)’s aim is to connect 400 Indigenous professors to institutes yearly.
Mission
For achieving our aim and fulfilling our vision, we are collaborating with Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies(AIATSIS) and getting the connections with Indigenous people. For maintaining connection of Indigenous people with the organization we will be organizing cultural events. We will be organizing monthly meetings between Indigenous professors and institutes for developing connections between them. There will also be training courses running throughout the year for increasing skills of the Indigenous professors.
