2-The Idea

Due to colonization and discrimination there is a huge risk of losing indigenous knowledge and in past Indigenous people have never known that their knowledge can be seen as practical, useful and valuable (Sheehan & Walker, 2001). Indigenous knowledge has good potential for the even the modern world. Research papers from UK and US suggest that Indigenous observations of seasonal change are very important to correct the errors in climate data for tropical northern Australia (Green, et al., 2010).

If there is an organization which makes the platform between Institutes and professors who have Indigenous knowledge that will be most helpful to both the side. Institutes can gain knowledge from Indigenous methodologies and Indigenous people can get employment in Australia. My organization will provide skilled indigenous professor to Institutes. Also, from our website database Institutes can get material about Indigenous studies. Collection of materials can be done for from Indigenous organizations like the Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies. Direct beneficiaries will indigenous professors who will get employment in Institutes through my organization.
