Indigenous professor association Australia (IPAA)’s vision is to preserve knowledge and history of indigenous community. Our aim is to connect 400 Indigenous professors to academic institutes yearly. We are creating the platform between academic institutes and professors who have Indigenous knowledge. For achieving our aim and fulfilling our vision, we are collaborating with Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies (AIATSIS) and getting the connections with Indigenous people. For maintaining connection of Indigenous people with the organization we will be organizing cultural events. We will be organizing monthly meetings between Indigenous professors and institutes for developing connections between them. There will also be training courses running throughout the year for increasing skills of the Indigenous professors. For making the organization successful we have consider all segments like customer, industry and market segment. We have also made our organization structure plan like organization name and vision, structure, operating hours, employee wages and location. By implementing marketing plan like strategic planning, business model canvas and swot analyses, we can make sure that we reach our aim. Budget and design strategy have also been consider for making the foundation strong.
