For not for profit organizations there are so many good government schemes are available and we can get benefits and we can fund our organization as start-up.
- Good connection in organization due to small organization
There are some benefits of having small organizations like we can maintain strong connection among us and good connection lead to organization toward success.
- Community-based organization
Community based organization also serve the purpose of long-time strong connections.
Weakness
- Start-up
As start-up we have to start everything from sketch but we can get some help from our partnered organization.
- Less finance supports
As start-up we may have issues with fund raising and utilization of available fund but making plan in advance how to go with fund can be helpful.
- Recruitment for new employees
Hiring all new employee may get tougher but our partner organization get good contact of Human Resource crew and after hiring HR team they can manage well.
Opportunity
- Government policies for Indigenous organization
As Indigenous community organization we can get benefits from available policies.
- Requirement of Indigenous knowledge into institutes
- No competitors.
We don’t have competitor who is currently serving the exact purpose.
Threats
- Government policies may change
Having good operation director can tackle this problem.
- Institutes may have different mindset towards Indigenous community
