5.1_Approaching customer

Approaching customers is the great challenge when doing start-up. Our customers are Australian institutes and users are Indigenous professors. We are planning to do advertisement in institutes events where institutes get more insight about us. There are free advertisements service available on Melbourne trams for not for-profit organizations so, we can apply for that as well. Updating our social media and website will also serve the purpose of reaching out to customers.

When, where, why and how will consumers buy your product/service?

When: – When institutes plan to open new course about Indigenous studies or/and they feel the requirement of Indigenous professors in current course structure.

Where: –  They will connect to us via online application form through website or on our office.

Why:- Many university have already indigenous courses running in their campus and many institutes are ready to start so they will be in requirement of Indigenous professor.

How :- After University contact us, we will provide the data of Indigenous professor.
