Segment analyses include the analyses done on each segment. Here we have considered customer segment, industry segment and market segment. In customer segment we have planned who will be our customer, who will be our user, who will be our community and with whom we are going to do partnership. In industry segment we have done situational assessment of organizations which are currently serving the indigenous community. In market segment we have considered these aspects Who will buy our products or services? What do we know about them? Where do they live? What is their age range? What is important to the customer’s decision when selecting the product or service?

or service from our competitors?
