I am planning to work with existing not for profit organization which is the Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies. Our customers, users, communities, and partner involve will be the same. Our vision is also somewhat the same.
Role of our organization: –
- Our organization will provide the platform between universities and Indigenous professors by fulfilling their needs. Our organization will provide employment to Indigenous professors. It will help universities to get benefit from the Indigenous knowledge. Our organization will also be the online platform for materials like research papers, videos, arts, etc.
Involvement, engagement and expected social benefits resulting from interaction with our enterprise: –
Communities: –
Our organization’s focus is on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and professors of their communities. Cultural activities will be most beneficial for engagement with people in their communities. Engagement with cultural activities will provide them more connections with their own people and can get a change of employment through our organization.
Customers: –
Our customers will be universities which are interested in Indigenous knowledge and materials. By organizing the meeting, we can connect universities and Indigenous professors directly. By letting universities understand the importance of Indigenous knowledge for their course structure will be more beneficial for us, universities and indigenous professors. With the help of strategic design and marketing, we can achieve this goal.
Users: –
Indigenous professors will be our main users. From our partners like AITSIS, we can get users directly from their already established users. In the meeting between universities and Indigenous professors by giving them the information about our organization, how it works, what benefits they will get and fulfilling their needs, can fetch more attention towards us.
Partners involved: –
Our partners will be like AITSIS and other Indigenous organizations. Engagement can be done by inviting them to our meetings. Our partners can do interaction with both universities and Indigenous professors. They can increase their users/customers for their sources available online by involving such meetings with us. We also can provide users/customers for them like universities which will be going to use their materials for course studies.
Further analyses can be done with this stakeholder analyses diagram. Taking interest of stakeholder on x-axis and influence/power of stakeholders on the y-axis, we can make this diagram. Now we can allocate space for our stakeholders according to importance and power to each area created by the graph a.
