As I said earlier my consumers will Indigenous professors and universities. Employment is the basic need of Indigenous people and for universities need is to get Indigenous knowledge into course structure. Preference for Indigenous people is if there is an Indigenous organization than that should be run by Indigenous people only (Weerasooriya, 2016).
There is a tool called lean start-up methodology for developing product or service for customers and it is very valuable. By applying this method, we can get a clear view of our product, services, and offers.

Even we can identify audience and market and can fix the price of the product or service which called product market fix and minimal viable product. And we can scale it by selling product or services, making deals and doing partnerships. Nowadays the usage of mobile devices is increasing rapidly so if I make an application or website that can add more values to my organization.
There is a life cycle curve for every product or service, it’s called adoption lifecycle curve. By knowing in which area, we should focus on our product/services, we can apply more energy and focus to a particular lifecycle area.
